Laughing with my balloon

Me and Mommy went to the grocery store this morning and as we were leaving one of the nice store workers offered me a balloon. I was REALLY hoping Mommy would say yes and she did! So the nice man brought me my Carolina blue balloon (sorry to all you State fans out there)! This was my first balloon and I could not wait to get home and play with it. Mommy wanted to get a video of me playing with it, but Daddy started making funny faces and I started laughing! Just so you know - the funny sounds you may here in the video are not Daddy farting. The sound happens every time he moves on the couch. Enjoy!

This afternoon me and Mommy went to the little park in our neighborhood. We met our neighbors there (Rodney, Sherry, Bensen and Keyen). The weather was beautiful and we had a great time! This was my first trip to the park. I was not sure what to expect, but it was super fun!

Canes Game

This is pretty cool

Tonight me, Mommy and Daddy went to the opening night for the Hurricanes hockey season. They were playing the Tampa Bay Lightning. The Canes ended up losing the game 5-1, but we still had a great time! Daddy's work had the SAS box so we got to sit up there! (So cool by the way)!!! I got to meet lots of Daddy's co-workers for the first time which was really nice. We were also pleasantly surprised to meet up with Uncle Skip, Aunt Trisha (and her mom Nancy), Jarrett, Uncle Mike, Sandy, Brian and Melissa. We didn't know that they would all be there, but it was great seeing all of them! Mommy and Daddy thought I might go to sleep during the 3rd period (apparently I did last year), but I had them fooled. I partied hard all night - well until I got into my car seat and then I was out! I can not WAIT to go back again to my next Canes game!

11 months old

I wanted to compare my first game last hockey season to my first game this hockey season! Mommy said I would sleep a lot during the games last year, but this year I am more interested to watching all the people around me. Oh by the way - it's SUPER loud in the arena too! Last year I would wear my head phones, but this year I pull them right off! One good thing is my Canes jersey fits me much better this year! Go Canes!!!
