Here is a video of me finger painting Grandma and Mawmaw's pictures for Mother's Day. Mommy even framed them when I was finished and they were dry. They both loved their gifts!

Mother's Day 2012

We headed to Winston this year to celebrate Mother's Day. We went to visit Uncle Kory and Aunt Kori's church where I got to play with Sophie in the nursery. I was pretty sad when Mommy and Daddy first left me, but I quickly found a ball to play with (fyi - my favorite toy ever) and was ok. After church, we took lots of pictures outside and then headed back to Mawmaw and Pawpaw's house. Aunt Kristy, Uncle Kent and Jordan joined us there to celebrate! We all had a great weekend spending time together and celebrating all of our great Mommy's!

 I love you Mommy! You are the BEST!

Happy 1 1/2 Birthday

To celebrate me turning 18 months old, we went to the lake. I went on a boat ride, saw a bunch of birds, touched a real fish, played with bubbles and finally I got to eat a cupcake that Grandma bought me. Yum Yum!!! I sure do love that icing! It was hard for me to concentrate on the cupcake between seeing all those birds and Daddy stealing my goodies!

 

Sick

I picked up a fever over the weekend which is weird for me because I rarely have a fever.  Then these red bumps started popping up.  So Mommy took me to the doctor and Dr. Ercolino confirmed that I was sick with Hand, Foot and Mouth.  Once we were home Mommy called my daycare to tell Ms. Teresa that I was sick.  She told Mommy that out of 8 kids in my room, 5 of us were sick with Hand, Foot and Mouth.  Apparently it is SUPER contagious!  

18 Months Old

I turned 18 months old yesterday and today Mommy took me to the doctor for my 18 month well check.  Here I am on the scale to check my weight.  Mommy said she will post more info about my milestones soon.

Strawberries and Whip Cream

Since I was such a good boy today while at the lake, I got dessert after dinner. I wasn't a huge fan of the strawberries, but I sure did LOVE the whip cream!!!

 

Lake

Me, Mommy and Daddy went to the lake and joined Grandma and Granddaddy for a quick weekend trip.  I had been there several times before with my most recent trip being when the Easter bunny came for a visit.  While there this time I didn't hunt for the eggs, but I got to go on a boat ride (which was SUPER cool)!!!  I learned a new rule for the lake though - in order to go down to the dock I HAVE to wear a life jacket.  I really didn't mind this too much because my life jacket has Mickey Mouse (Meme) on it.  It was a great weekend!

I'm so ready to take this boat for a spin!  Let's go!!!

While at the lake Daddy caught a fishy and I got to touch it! I was a little nervous at first, but finally touched it before Daddy put it back in the lake.
